Terms and Services

These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Mavlon LTD ("Mavlon LTD", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Mavlon website, web app, deskop app, mobile apps, browser extensions, and any of its products or services (collectively, "App" or "Services"). When you sign up for an account and agree to these Terms, the Agreement between you and Mavlon is formed, and the term of the Agreement (the “Term”) will begin. The Term will continue for as long as you have a Mavlon account or until you or we terminate the Agreement in accordance with these Terms, whichever happens first. If you sign up for an account on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms and enter into the Agreement on its behalf.

 

Accounts and Membership?

 

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using this App and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you create an account in the App, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor and review new accounts before you may sign in and use our Services. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. We may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or any part thereof) if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage our reputation and goodwill or you were rude or abusive to any of our team members. If we delete your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our Services. We may block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.

 

Terminating your account

 

You or Mavlon may terminate the Agreement at any time and for any reason by terminating your Mavlon account or giving notice to the other party. We may suspend the Service to you at any time, with or without cause. If we terminate your account without cause, and your account is a paid account, we’ll refund a prorated portion of any prepaid amounts for the Service. We won’t refund or reimburse you in any other situation, including if your account is suspended or terminated for cause, such as for a breach or violation of the Agreement.

 

Billing and payments

 

You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. Where Services are offered on a free trial basis, payment may be required after the free trial period ends, and not when you enter your billing details (which may be required prior to the commencement of the free trial period). If auto-renewal is enabled for the Services you have subscribed for, you will be charged automatically in accordance with the term you selected. If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification, and possibly a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase. We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time.

 

Charges for Adds On

 

If you use an add-on that has a charge, then you’ll be billed that additional amount with each billing cycle for as long as the add-on is active. The billing cycle for an add-on differ from the billing cycle of your base plan or other features of the Service, and certain add-ons may require upfront payment for their entire billing cycle.

 

Refunds

 

Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Mavlon on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Mavlon

 

Billing changes

 

We may change any of our pricing plans and fees at any time by posting a new pricing structure to our website or in your account and/or sending you a notification by email.

 

Beta Services

 

From time to time, we may invite you to try products or features related to our Service that are not generally available to all of our Members or the public or we may release products or features related to our Service that are identified in the App as beta, preview, pilot, limited release, or by a similar designation (collectively, “Beta”). Beta may be provided for evaluation or testing purposes only, and, therefore, may contain bugs or errors, and may not be as reliable as other features of the Service. We may discontinue Beta services at any time in our sole discretion, and we may decide not to make Beta services generally available. For the avoidance of doubt, Beta services are a part of the Service, and, therefore, are subject to the terms of this Agreement.

 

Acceptance of these terms

 

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the App or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the App and its Services.
